Tommy said racers are pissed off. With the exception of team bully we weren't aware of this so I thought I would start a pissed off thread for those who would like to vent your madness at us. Maybe its something we can fix. I'm willing to try.

Oh okay. I thought we had a real problem. I've been told I'm not very approachable and that people might not tell how they really feel.

You're not slow bro...

I will admit that I had that perception of you until I actually approached you and found out how nice and willing to help you are. If there was anything making you seem unapproachable, it was my own perception and nothing you were doing. Youre just a straight to the point, no BS kind of guy, from what I see and I think that you have to be for the position you are in with the club.

The only thing I am unhappy about is the multi-class races and the small grids in the races. I understand why the multi-class races have to be there, so I am not complaining about that. Its just something I would change if we had the opportunity. As Ive also stated before, I believe the club is doing well with trying to grow the track days and racing grids. I honestly do not feel that it lies 100% on the club to make that happen, either. Club members should be pitching in with promoting the club and trying to get new people to come out. I've personally been trying to do this by producing better content through my social media outlets to draw attention to the organization (the "Who We Are" video is EXACTLY the kind of thing the club needs in this regard) and by bringing new people with me every time I come to the track. Ive talked 2 new racers in to taking the clinic, this year, and I brought 4 new track day riders with me this weekend at Gateway.

Other than that, Im planning on trying to breathe some new life in to the website over the winter, as well. I know this isnt 100% focused on racing, but I feel like the racing grids will grow as we continue to attract more new riders to the club. :-)

I feel ya Adam. We appreciate you stepping up as "club" members should. If we all pitch in (outside of the events) it will grow indeed. I'm hoping after our NCM weekend we still find excuses to get together to plot and keep the movement rolling.
BBQ's, night out for a beer...My shop is always open for a venue.

Jim

I felt when I approached you Sunday, you listened and were receptive, especially given it was the end of a long day/weekend.

I would be interested in hearing any additional information regarding the situation if it became available.

Respectfully
Mark

I'm upset that my baby was only running on 3 cylinders after the race Sunday.
She's hurt pretty bad. Couldn't finish the day.
She sucked down over 2 quarts of oil this weekend and didn't leak a drop.
Gonna have to make an appointment with Dr. Jerry...

I'm pissed off that my job sucks, and I haven't been able to afford to race this entire damn season! I need to get out of this place - I've wasted almost 5 years of my life here with nothing to show for it! :x

Then go! I recently just picked up and moved 300 miles, ended up turning out quite well!
